Koppers Performance Chemicals aquires Osmose

Koppers is pleased to announce that the former Osmose, Inc. Wood Preservation Group is now Koppers Performance Chemicals beginning August, 2014.

Koppers is a leading integrated global supplier of carbon compounds and commercial wood treating products and services, and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Koppers Performance Chemicals will maintain the former Osmose, Inc. headquarters in Griffin.

The new Koppers Performance Chemicals business will operate as it has in the past, and our customers, suppliers and vendors will see very few changes.
